Taskpower’s guiding principles – integrity, honesty, uprightness – are promised to every client with whom we do business. We promise to be fair and open at all times, wherever you are in the world. However, we still need to outline our policies so that our clients are clear as to how we operate in Australia:

• Shipping Policy – outlines delivery details and customs requirements.

• Returns & Refund Policy – we hope no-one has to use this! But if you really think your product needs to be returned, you need to check this out.

• Warranties Policy – we back all our goods up with no-nonsense warranties. This outlines what to do in the event of a warranty claim, and what we can and can’t cover.
