JAK-200R Modular Rotating Tree Shear

Highly versatile and affordable tree shear for excavators, telehandlers, skidsteers etc.

The JAK-200R Tree Shear is a professional, highly versatile, heavy duty tree shear capable of cutting 200mm maximum diameter. Ideal for orchardists such as macadamia and avocados, and also for tree surgeons looking for an effective tree shear that doubles as a high quality rotating grapple.

Powerful twin rams and the tine geometry ensure maximum cutting force is applied to the tree/branch. The double sided knife design enables access from either side of a branch, ensuring the machine can be used in confined and difficult access situations.

With its removeable knife, the JAK-250R can also double as a very effective and heavy duty grab. The heavy duty HARDOX tines are very strong and provide optimum grip, ensuring material does not fall out of the shear during operation.

An optional accumulator / collector unit is available to allow multiple branches to be cut in one collection, greatly improving productivity especially when dealing with small diameter material.

Due to its modular design, this shear can be fitted to a wide range of carrier machines, including;

• Wheel Loaders
• Compact Track Loaders / Skidsteers / Positracks
• Tractors

The modular R-Series design means the tree shear can be fitted with a hydraulic rotator or fixed. The hydraulic rotator and manifold system allows for 360 degrees, stepless, continuous rotation, for incredible versatility and ensuring you get the most accurate cut every time.

This also means you don't necessarily need a tilt hitch, as the slew drive rotator positions the tree shear for the right cut, every time.

This unit suited to a wide range of applications, including land clearing, river work, urban tree work, arborist work, shelterbelt topping, orchards, etc.
